HOW QUICKLY DO YOU SHIP?

The product(s) are usually shipped within 48 hours of the time of purchase.
Please be advised that all packages are shipped in the order they were received, and sometimes due
to very high amount of orders it might take an additional 1-5 business days for regular
and 1-9 business days for custom orders to be processed. If you need your item urgently , please place your order over the phone and advise the
representative that you need this item as soon as possible and we will try to reduce the processing time to minimum

IS TRACKING NUMBER INCLUDED?

Yes a tracking number from UPS or USPS or FEDEX is included with all items shipped.

IS DELIVERY CONFIRMATION INCLUDED?

Yes delivery confirmation comes with all packages.

HOW TO APPLY THE WARRANTY ON OUTSLAYER PRODUCTS?

To apply the warranty, Email us the picture of the product with your order # and the warranty certificate.

We will send you a new product.

Please note that regardless of how many times the product was replaced for a new one, the warranty will be calculated from the original sales date on the receipt.

COMMUNICATION

We generally respond to emails one to two times a day. Please allow 24-36 hours for an email response.

If you do not receive an email response within that time period please re-email us (as sometimes emails get sent to junk-mail) , or call us 800-351-4097 9am-5:30pm PST.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide.

The shipping is Free within US , but additional charges may apply to addresses in Hawaii, Alaska and outside of United States. We will contact you to confirm additional shipping charges, if any, prior order shipment.

RETURNS

You may return any product within 15 days of receiving the product provided that it is in mint condition, for an exchange or store credit only.
Used products are not exchangeable. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your exchange.

If your package gets returned to us stamped as "Undeliverable address" or "Unknown address " you will need to correct the address after which we can re ship the package at additional shipping cost.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using a delivery confirmation method to ensure proper delivery.
