Sand bags are required for stability
The legs are about 4 ft away from each. Each leg is about 30" long and
they can extend an additional apx 12"-15"
This stand is perfect for home use because it is space sufficient and the
base is triangular , therefore it can be placed in a corner , which then
the legs would go next of the sides of the walls and the bag is being "
pushed out" towards you , and it is about 3ft away from the pole of the
stand. This would provide a good amount of clearance for all kicks.
If the stand is too tall for your ceiling , please let us know, and we can customize it according to your specifications.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
