great bag, great customer support
The Heavy bag took a bit of time to get here - more on that shortly. This is my second Outslayer bag. It is well constructed and looks great. My last one was over 10 years old when I sold it. I'm very happy with customer support. they answered the phone and looked into the shipping problems for me. about that. This bag went to (I'm not kidding) 10 cities and 5 states (CA, NM, TX, CO, MT). Fedex messed this up badly. I had to call them 3 times to get it delivered. This was not outslayer problem but fedex. the bag is hung up and ready to go. Time to put is some work

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
