Shipping Information
Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of purchase. However, during high-demand periods, processing may take an additional 1-5 business days for regular orders and 1-9 business days for custom orders.
If you need your order urgently, please call us to place your order and inform our representative—we will do our best to expedite the process.

IS TRACKING NUMBER INCLUDED?
Yes a tracking number from UPS or USPS or FEDEX is included with all items shipped.
IS DELIVERY CONFIRMATION INCLUDED?
Yes delivery confirmation comes with all packages.
HOW TO APPLY THE WARRANTY ON OUTSLAYER PRODUCTS?
To apply the warranty, Email us the picture of the product with your order # and the warranty certificate.
We will send you a new product.
Please note that regardless of how many times the product was replaced for a new one, the warranty will be calculated from the original sales date on the receipt.

SHIPPING
We ship worldwide.
The shipping is Free within US , but additional charges may apply to addresses in Hawaii, Alaska and outside of United States. We will contact you to confirm additional shipping charges, if any, prior order shipment.
RETURNS
You may return any product within 15 days of receiving the product provided that it is in mint condition, for an exchange or store credit only.
Used products are not exchangeable. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your exchange.
If your package gets returned to us stamped as "Undeliverable address" or "Unknown address " you will need to correct the address after which we can re ship the package at additional shipping cost.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using a delivery confirmation method to ensure proper delivery.
