HOW QUICKLY DO YOU SHIP?
Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of of purchase.
Please be advised that all packages are shipped in the order they were received, and sometimes due to very high amount of orders it might take an additional 1-5 business days for regular and 1-9 business days for custom orders to be processed. If you need your item urgently, please place your order over the phone and advise the representative that you need this item as soon as possible and we will try to reduce the processing time to minimum.
IS TRACKING NUMBER INCLUDED?
Yes. Every shipment includes a tracking number from UPS, USPS or FedEX.
IS DELIVERY CONFIRMATION INCLUDED?
Yes. All packages include delivery confirmation.
HOW TO APPLY THE WARRANTY ON OUTSLAYER PRODUCTS?
To apply the warranty:
- Email us a photo of the product, your order number, and the warranty certificate.
 - We'll send you a replacement product.
 
Please note: Warranty coverage is based on the original purchase date shown on your receipt, regardless of any replacements issued.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO HEAR BACK FROM YOU?
We generally respond to emails one or twice a day. Please allow 24-36 hours for an email response.
If you do not receive an email response within that time period, please re-email us (as sometimes emails get sent to junk-mail) , or call us at 1-800-351-4097 (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM PST).
DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING TO MY LOCATION?
We ship worldwide.
Free shipping within the US (additional charges may apply for Hawaii, Alaska, or outside of the United States). If additional shipping fees apply, we'll contact you before your order ships.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns on most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This applies only to All Black Heavy Bags. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For any other returns, such as if the customer no longer wants the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Color Combination Bags are not eligible for a refund as they are customized to the customer's or user's specific style. No exceptions.
For all items, returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee as these are handmade items.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and product details. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
If your package gets returned to us stamped as "Undeliverable" or "Unknown Address," you'll need to correct the address after which we can reship the package at additional shipping cost.
