Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of purchase. However, during high-demand periods:

How Do I Apply for the Outslayer Warranty?

To apply for the 10-year warranty, follow these steps:

  1. Email us a picture of the product along with your order number and warranty certificate.

  2. We will review the request and send you a replacement product.

Please note: Regardless of how many times a product is replaced, the warranty period starts from the original purchase date listed on your receipt.

What Is Your Return Policy?

You may return any product within 15 days of receiving it for exchange or store credit, provided that it is in mint condition.

Important Return Guidelines:

  • Used products cannot be exchanged.

  • If a package is returned to us as "Undeliverable" or "Unknown Address," you will need to provide a corrected address and pay an additional shipping fee for reshipment.
