custom bag order
I have not received it yet and it hasn't shipped because it is custom bag so I figured it'd take awhile but I got a link for a review already. Based on video reviews is why I chose out slayer for a heavy bag. I ordered this bag in 5 foot in length instead of the original shorter length in a lifetime (75 year)warranty version with bottom d-ring and the top d-rings like an old school bag with primary color in light green and secondary in purple. I am planning on doing multiple reviews with the bag myself once I get it over time. Sho from customer service was very helpful in helping and answering my questions regarding my order.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
