Good Service and Great Product
I ordered this bag from Outslayer internationally - There was a few little issues that occurred along the way with delays etc - It's obviously the last thing any customer wants. But in the end I take the perspective that it is not whether things are perfect but the way the company you're dealing with responds to things (especially when certain aspects are outside of their control). This is where I have to say Outslayer really came through - they were very understanding and did everything to make the situation right for the customer (me) - I got some discounts and some free merch as a way to say sorry. When the frame arrived it was a beast - I am having a 60-80kg bag from it and blasting it full power with all forms of strike - thing just sits there like a frame should - Although extra weight was required - Great team and great product. If you actually value good old fashion customer service and quality product - look no further. You found it here.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
