Returns & Shipping Policy
Return Policy:
We accept returns on most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This applies only to All Black Heavy Bags. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For any other returns, such as if the customer no longer wants the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Color Combination Bags are not eligible for a refund as they are customized to the customer's or user's specific style. NO EXCEPTIONS.
For all items, returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee as these are handmade items.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and product details. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
Shipping Information:
We ship to most locations worldwide, though some restrictions may apply depending on the product and international regulations. Estimated shipping and delivery dates are provided at checkout based on item availability and the shipping method selected. Shipping rates are weight-based, with all item weights rounded up to the next full pound per carrier policies.
