Outslayer 4-36 Muay Thai Heavy Bag
The Outslayer 4-36 Muay Thai Heavy Bag is built for demanding boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and MMA training. Its full 6-foot striking surface provides plenty of room for practicing punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and complete combinations.
Handmade in the USA from heavy-duty vinyl, this bag uses the same durable material found in our custom 300 lb heavy bags. Although the standard filled weight is approximately 130–145 lbs, the shell has a filling capacity of up to 300 lbs.
The bag is filled entirely with compressed fabric. No sand is used, providing a more consistent striking surface and helping prevent the hard spots that can develop when sand settles at the bottom.

Heavy-Duty Hanging System
The bag features heavy-duty sewn-on hanging straps, so chains are not required. The integrated strap system provides a secure connection while helping reduce noise during training.
Extra-padded, heavy-duty D-rings reinforce the connection points and help prevent the D-rings from flipping or twisting during use.
Optional Bottom D-Ring
An optional bottom D-ring can be added for securing the heavy bag to a heavy bag anchor or an eye bolt installed in the floor. Anchoring the bag creates additional resistance and helps reduce movement during intense training.
Designed for Full-Body Training
The 6-foot striking surface makes this bag ideal for practicing punches at every level, low and high kicks, knee strikes, elbows, and complete combinations. Its approximately 130–145 lb standard filled weight provides excellent resistance while still allowing controlled movement during training.
Soft-Fill Option
Choose the soft-filled version for a softer, more forgiving striking surface. Because softer filling materials are used, the finished bag will weigh approximately 20–30 lbs less than the standard-filled version.

Fantastic bag

Was sent the wrong color, but it will work for us after seeing it, we decided to keep it because the color works with our gym

I bought mine filled . I read that filling the bag is not simple. Plus , where do I buy 130lbs worth of cloth? The bag was shipped inside a nylon zippered bag and boxes. I picked yellow and looks great. The bag is very smooth does not hurt my hand or feet. It also has a 10yr warranty. I'm very happy with it.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
